SDF Upload

Load your own SDF or PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. To generate 3D from a SMILES string instead of uploading, use SMILES to 3D. For format details see Export formats.

Select a PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Rotate, zoom, measure, and export from the viewer bar.
