Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription payment. This applies to the first subscription only (e.g. first year of Pro or Enterprise).
How to request
Contact us with your account email and subscription or account identifier. We will process eligible refunds in accordance with our payment provider’s terms.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be offered for renewal payments, or after the 14-day window, except where required by law. Enterprise or custom agreements may have different terms as stated in your contract.
