Visual SmallMol

Export

Download structures, property reports, and images from Visual SmallMol. All exports are generated in your browser or from our tools; formats and sources are documented for reproducibility.

What you can export

For small molecules you can export 3D structures (SDF or PDB) for use in other software, screenshots (PNG) of the viewer for presentations or reports, and property reports (PDF) with molecular weight, logP, TPSA, Lipinski rule of five, and related descriptors. Batch runs produce a table plus optional CSV or a ZIP of PDFs.

Details for each format (SDF, PDB, PNG, PDF) and where each is available are on the Export formats page.

Where to export from

  • Molecular Properties — Enter SMILES or load a structure; compute MW, logP, TPSA, Lipinski; download a PDF report.
  • Batch SMILES — Paste multiple SMILES; get a table and optional CSV or ZIP of PDF reports.
  • SMILES to 3D — View and export the current structure as PDB or PNG; for SDF, use the viewer after loading or generating a small-molecule structure.
  • SDF Upload — Load your own SDF or PDB file; export the displayed structure as PDB or PNG.
